Gavin Cromwell is a Psychic Medium  who specialises in visiting Haunted locations, including Manor Houses, Stately Homes, Castles, Hotels and private houses. He has worked all over the UK, on radio & television, and attends private investigations. He also supports organised Ghost Tours as a professional advisor.

Since the age of 4 he has known  that he could see things that most other people can't.

It all began when he visited Tredegar House in his home town of Newport, South Wales. Now owned by Newport Council, Tredegar is a large country Manor House that belonged to the Lords of Tredegar and the Morgan Family until 1951.

He remembers as he approached the house for the very first time looking up to the big windows and waving back at the man who had long dark curly hair and a white ruffled collar who was waving at him. When Gavin was asked by his Grandmother who he was waving at, as she couldn't see anyone there he just said "the man with the wig on....."

This happened on every occasion that he visited the house gardens until  he was 7, when he first entered the house on a school trip.

On this trip the rather old and frail guide, took the opportunity to tell them all that she knew about the house and its history. You can imagine her surprise and confusion when Gavin told her an awful lot more about the house than she herself knew, and that could have been expected from a 7 year old boy.

Like the fact that the door that was used as the front door now was not the original entrance, it would previously have been a window. Also he gave descriptions of each of the rooms and how they would have originally looked as well as members of the Morgan Family and their staff.

By the end of his visit the poor lady was rather pail and shaken and he kind of got the feeling that she was pleased to see him walking away to get on the bus back to school !!
